Gabriel Knight: The Beast Within
Upon successfully solving a series of occult voodoo-related murders in New Orleans, paranormal investigator and novelist Gabriel Knight, moves to a charming wooden village in Rittersberg Germany to occupy his inherited estate, and begins to write a new novel.
Gabriel is the last living Schattenjäger or "Shadow Hunter," living in the village, and it's his duty to hunt down the supernatural.
In the process of writing a horror novel, Gabriel is approached by townsfolk living in the village who suspect supernatural forces are involved in the killing of a farmer's young daughter, and urge him to investigate the matter.

Hildegunde: My husband!
Baron: And your guests need the beaming of your smile more than
you need the moon.
Hildegunde: O lord!
Baron: Come!
Guests: Where is the music? Where is the entertainment?
Baron: Bring in the singers! {minstrels enter}
Guests: The singers! The singers! It is a joy!
Baron: Look how they are playing, just for you, and continuously.
Just look at the fat one, and that stupid one too.
Hildegunde: I see them!
Guests: It is a joy!
Villager: The stupid one, I have never seen him before.
Blacksmith: (Hear) to your advantage, I have never laughed more.
Ha ha ha ha!
Villager: And yet he looks familiar, but not so merry.
Blacksmith: He has no sense of humor, you would think.
Ha ha ha ha!
Guests: It is a joy!
Hildegunde's Mother: (...)
Hildegunde's Father: Pay attention to your mother. After all, you are a (...)!
Don't play the martyr. Laugh, laugh!
Hildegunde: I hear you!
Guests: It is a joy! {sinister part starts}
Baron: I cannot understand this.
This is my wedding day, isn't it?
Blacksmith: The hunter, the hunter, he is stalking his prey.
Hildegunde's Father: It is only a joke, Baron!
Blacksmith: I hope they will catch the stupid one.
Villager: Your witticism is as blunt as your swords, blacksmith!
Guests: The hunter, the hunter, he is stalking his prey.
{Transformation starts}
Baron: This isn't funny. Stop it immediately!
Hildegunde's Mother: Oh no, is he wounded? My God, lord!
Hildegunde: Engelhart! Engelhart!
Baron: I am beside myself!
Guests: The wolf, the wolf!
Blacksmith: Let us follow the wolf!
